1. All the purchases are shipped and delivered through reputed and our
trusted delivery partners and or associated delivery service providers.
2. All the orders shall be processed and shipped within 10 working days or as
per the delivery date mentioned during the order process and delivering of
the shipment subject to Courier / post office norms. All the orders shall be
processed within 10 working days of confirmation of payment.
3. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the delivery service provider
by any reason not in control of Kumar Products.
4. Delivery of all orders will be sent to the registered address or email
address provided by the customer at the time of Order.
5. One order shall be shipped to one single address.
6. Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you are unavailable
to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person or family
member, colleague, neighbor etc. However, Kumar Products will not take
responsibility for products signed by an alternative person.
7. Kumar Products is not liable for damages after delivery. All claims for
shortages, damages must be reported to customer care service within 24
hours of delivery.
8. Domestic Shipping charges: As mentioned during the order for all domestic
purchases.
9. We only accept orders for delivery in India.
10. Order Modification
1. In order to serve you better and in time, our orders are processed
under set processes and guidelines. This also allows us to deliver
you quickly. Hence, any change or modification to the order is not
permissible to any Order.
2. Once your order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for
processing. This ensures that we are able to ship your order quickly
and ensure you get your products as soon as possible, but it also
means we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
